About Us
According to Paulo da Trindade the story of the founding of the Rectorate at Bhayander (Bainel) runs as follows: When Fr. Antao B. Nazareth was only two years old, he became very ill. They despaired of his life. His parents vowed him to God and to Our Lady of Nazareth Church, in the Order of St. Francis. To continue the story in Paulo daTrindade own words:
Nazarene Youth
Our Lady Of Nazareth Church empowers youth to identify and develop their dreams. Today about 500 are in the age band of 22-27 yrs and most of our youth are working towards a better tomorrow. The Nazarene Youth Council of our parish is definitely a 'silver spoon' generation of our parish and we are proud about it.
